RHUB's TurboMeeting allows you to have 4-way multipoint video (ie: show up to 4 webcams). TurboMeeting is easy to install. And you can do remote support in addition to web conferences and webinars. RHUB lets you avoid monthly fees by forcing you to buy an appliance. :) But at $995, it was much cheaper than the alternatives. And TurboMeeting is considered as good as GoToMeeting and WebEx.

I have read this post. This is very much true. Even I own a blog account on video conferencing. Video conferencing is indeed a great innovation in technology and communications. One day video conferencing will be like an ordinary house-hold item in the next 5-10 years.I will mention your post in my blog.

I wouldn't say that the audio is better or more reliable than skype, but I do like the fact that you can view up to 6 people at a time during a video conference session. Skype only allows for 1 to 1 viewing unless you install external extensions created by other users. But to answer your question, yes, I have used and will actually be using it for a state wide meeting today.

Hey Jason

I work on behalf of ooVoo and just wanted to add alittle bit more about ooVoo for people looking at different video conferencing options.

ooVoo is a free video chat download that allows up to 6 people to have a video chat at the same time. One can also take part in the video chat through an audio feed if they don't have a webcam. Users can also record the video chat/conference and upload to Youtube. There are special effect options available for the video and profile pictures. My favorite is sending video messages through email (can be to non-ooVoo users). The new 1.5 version came out last week and is promoting free calls from anywhere to the US or Canada until March 1. If you want to download the Mac beta version, check out this link: http://www.myooVooday.com. This week ooVoo users have the opportunity to meet up and chat with influential social media bloggers this week. More info about the event is here: myoovooday.smnr.us. Hope this helps!
