TurboMeeting is easy to install. And you can do remote support in addition to web conferences and webinars. RHUB lets you avoid monthly fees by forcing you to buy an appliance. :) But at $995, it was much cheaper than the alternatives. Skype only allows for 1 to 1 viewing unless you install external extensions created by other users. But to answer your question, yes, I have used and will actually be using it for a state wide meeting today.
